Israeli strikes on Yemen were launched on May 28th, as the Houthis proceed with firing rockets at Israel, The National reported.
A plane, which reportedly belonged to Yemenia Airways was seen in flames, and debris was seen on the runway. The airport had recommenced activities roughly a fortnight ago after being suspended for a number of days after a previous Israeli raid.
The bombs that hit the main airport of Sanaa as well as the aircraft conveys the message that “whoever fires at the State of Israel will pay a heavy price”, according to the defence ministry of Israel.
