Honk Kong in China is intending to bring in international students affected by the Trump administration’s prohibition of foreign students being admitted to Harvard University, Middle East Eye via Reuters reported on May 26th.

The education bureau of Hong Kong said it has urged universities to admit students and eye academic talent. This followed the Trump administration informing Harvard that its student and exchange visitor programme (SEVP) certification has been withdrawn after a probe from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
