UK’s Jeremy Corbyn to present Gaza inquiry bill in parliament

Former leader of the UK’s ruling Labour Party and independent Member of Parliament (MP) Jeremy Corbyn, is sheduled to present a Gaza inquiry bill on June 4th and is now looking for signatories to endorse the bill.

Known as the Gaza (Independent Public Inquiry) Bill, the bill seeks to allow an independent public inquiry into Britain’s involvement in Israel’s military activity in war-hit Gaza, The National reported on May 21st.

Corbyn previously called on UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to support the inquiry, which has now been backed by 40 MPs, including the Scottish National Party’s Chris Law.
