Report says the UK is still arming Israel despite export suspension

Military goods and arms made in the UK are still being given to Israel even though 30 arms export licences were suspended by the UK government, according to a report containing Israeli import information, Middle East Eye reported on May 7th.
The information gathered from the Israeli Tax Authority, which was cited by the Palestinian Youth Movement, Workers for a Free Palestine and Progressive International reveals that 8,630 individual military weapons have arrived in the UK from Israel, since the UK suspended the licences in September.
The military weapons are categorised as “bombs, grenades, torpedoes, mines, missiles and similar munitions of war and parts thereof.”
