At least 19 in Gaza killed due to Israeli air strikes
Israel’s continued assault on Gaza has killed at least 19 people since dawn, with dozens of others having been wounded, Mahmoud Basal, the spokesman for Gaza’s Civil Defence has said.
Basal said the deaths included a number of children when speaking to AFP, the Middle East Eye reported on April 8th.
According to previous reports, the number of deaths in Beit Lahiya was six and in Gaza City, five. However, the death toll is going up as more bodies are being recovered from the rubble.
The Middle East Eye reported on April 6th, that two people died in an Israeli attack which targeted a vehicle heading towards the south Lebanese town of Naquora, located in Tyre.
