South Africa under fire for not prosecuting nationals who fought in Gaza

The government of South Africa has been under fire from anti-war campaigners due to the country not prosecuting nationals who fought for the Israeli military in its war on Gaza, the Middle East Eye reported on April 1st.
The Palestine Solidarity Campaign in South Africa (PSC), which is an initiative that aims to endorse the cause of the Palestinians, told Middle East Eye that it was looking for legal guidance against the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA).
The NPA is a government body in charge of prosecuting people within the remit of South African law and to some degree on an extra-territorial level.
