Russia supports Egypt, Jordan in Palestinian displacement rejection
The special representative of Russia for the Middle East has emphasised Moscow’s endorsement for the positions of both Jordan and Egypt in rejecting the imposed displacement of Palestinians, the Middle East Monitor reported on February 5th.
Mikhail Bogdanov said that there will not be any stability or peace in the region if the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories carries on.
Bogdanov also said that the Arab Peace Initiative provides a just and well-balanced foundation for reaching a holistic and permanent solution for the Palestinian issue. Leonidovich has a lot of experience with Arab affairs, having previously been the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Yemen, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria and the Arab League.
