Palestinians without white flags in northern Gaza should be killed – Israeli MP’s
A group of Israeli MP’s have sparked fury, following their proposal for continuing the campaign on Gaza which would worsen the area’s devastation, as reported on January 3rd by the Middle East Eye.
Eight people within the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee, have called on Defence Minister Israel Katz, to bring the destruction of food, power supplies and water in northern Gaza, which would cause a hunger crisis for thousands of Palestinians.
The group is also calling for any man, woman or child in the area without a white flag to be regarded as a “legitimate target” for killing, Middle East eye reports.
The MP’s, including figures from the ruling Likud party and its coalition allies Religious Zionism, Jewish Power and Shas, said in a joint letter that the Israeli army had not succeeded in destroying Hamas’ operations and governance.
