Lebanon’s health ministry has said a person was killed and 15 others were wounded on November 2nd in an Israeli strike in Beirut, according to the Arab News via AFP.
The announcement came while the official National News Agency said the “Israeli enemy launched a raid near Karout Mall… in the southern suburbs of Beirut”.
The strike was not preceded by an Israeli evacuation warning.
