Palestinian officials said on October 31st that an Israeli military raid in the occupied West Bank killed at least three people, according to the Arab News via AP.
The Palestinian Health Ministry stated that two Palestinians were killed by an Israeli strike and third by Israeli gunfire.
Israel has said it killed a member of Hamas in an operation in the Nur Shams refugee camp.
