Israeli military says it’s been in Lebanon for months

The Israeli military have been carrying out raids in the south of Lebanon for months, according to spokesperson Daniel Hagari on October 1st, report the Arab News via Reuters. He claims that dozens of operations had uncovered details of plans by Hezbollah to attack Israel and carry out an October 7th-style attack in the country.

He added that the evidence he claims Israel had discovered would be present to the international community, and he showed videos from soldiers’ body-cameras and maps.

Israel’s military also announced it was calling up four additional reserve brigades for missions on Israel’s northern border with Lebanon.
