ICC closes case against late Hamas leader Haniyeh

The International Criminal Court (ICC) announced on September 6th that it had terminated the case against the late Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh following his murder in July, as reported by Arab News via Reuters.

The ICC is currently considering a request made earlier this year to issue arrest warrants for both Israeli and Hamas leaders.

This list includes Yahya Sinwar, military chief Mohammed Al-Masri, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and his defense minister Yoav Gallant.
