Five countries support South Africa’s ICC case against Israel
As of January 9th, five countries, such as Jordan, Malaysia and Turkey, have showcased their support for South Africa’s case accusing Israel of committing a genocide in Gaza .
According to Africanews, the hearing of the case will be conducted on January 11th in the International Court of Justice addressing the genocide case.
South Africa filed the complaint last year at the end of December, advocating for a ceasefire in Gaza which has led to the death of over 23,000 Palestinians.

Other nations across the world have either remained silent or provided an unclear stance regarding the case.
