Israeli army says it struck 11,000 Hamas targets
Israel announced, on the 25th of October, that they have been able to carry out multiple attacks on 11,000 Hamas targets in the Gaza strip since the beginning of the war, according to AFP via Al Arabiya News.
On October 7th, a surprise attack by the Palestinian armed group Hamas occurred on Israeli territory during the Nova music festival, resulting in the loss of 1,400 lives. Subsequently, Israel declared its objective to eliminate the militant group.
Nevertheless, following their announcement, Israel has conducted extensive bombardments across the Gaza Strip, spanning from the north to the south, resulting in the deaths of more than 8,500 Palestinians, predominantly women and children.
Israel is experiencing aerial bombings not only from Hamas but also from other militant groups in the Middle East.
Houthis, an Iran-backed militant group, recently said that they had “launched a large batch of ballistic missiles… and a large number of armed aircraft” towards Israel on October 31st.
